What's a teardown, exactly

It's a short, honest critique of a real page. Not a checklist, not a score out of 100. We open the page in Pincushion, pin the two or three things that actually matter, and explain the fix. The pins sit on the live screenshot so you can see precisely what we mean, not guess from a paragraph.
